A new exhibition of artwork by students from the Paducah School of Art will be featured at Paducah’s Pinecone Gallery in October.
This exhibition at 421 North 7th Street will be on display through October 30. It contains ceramics, sculpture, traditional photography, digital photography, painting and drawing created by the students and chosen by the PSA faculty.
A reception for the artists will be held on Saturday, October 17, 6-8 p.m. The public is invited to attend this free event to view the work and to meet the artists and the faculty. Gallery hours are 12 – 5 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.
"We’re especially excited to have this chance to exhibit in Lowertown as it highlights the amazing talents of our students,” said Professor Randy Simmons, who worked with the gallery to organize the exhibition. “Many thanks go out to the community and artists who have made this exhibit possible.”
