Computer Labs

Our campus computer labs provide the latest software to support your academic course needs. While some labs offer assistance, others are open labs without instructional support.  You may also bring your own laptop from home and use our wireless access.  Computer usage for WKCTC students is described in the Computer Usage Policy.  

Computer Labs

Grisham Computer Lab is an open lab for WKCTC students with instructional support and assistance provided by a lab supervisor.    

• Located in Rosenthal Hall, Room 208   
• Software: Student email account set up (photo ID and student ID number required); Microsoft Office; CIS/IT course software; OST course software; Math course software.  Printing for academics.    
• Open when classes are in session during the Fall and Spring Semesters
  Monday—Thursday; 7:30 am—6:30 pm
  Friday; 7:30 am—4:00 pm

Allied Health has two open labs for WKCTC students with limited assistance provided.    

• Located in Allied Health Building, 1st floor lobby and 2nd floor, W201    
• Software: Microsoft Office; Course software for Allied Health and Nursing
• Open Monday—Friday; 7:30 am—3:30 pm unless the campus is closed.  Extension of time may be granted upon request.  The 2nd floor lab is closed intermittently for testing but closures are posted in advance.

Anderson Computer Lab is an open lab for WKCTC students.  When a student worker is scheduled in the lab, he/she will offer assistance.    

• Located in Anderson Technical Building, Room 225B    
• Software: Microsoft Office; OST course software    
• Open when classes are in session during the Fall and Spring semesters
  Monday—Friday; 8:00 am—3:45 pm

Matheson Library has computers in the Research Room and in the Library Lab.  Wireless access for laptops is accessible throughout the library.  Research assistance is available from staff members at the Circulation Desk.

• Software: contact the library for a listing
• Open during the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters
  Monday—Thursday; 7:30 am—8:30 pm
  Friday; 7:30 am—4:00 pm
  Saturday; Open from 12:00 pm—4:00 pm during posted dates of Fall and Spring semesters. Closed, Summer.
  Open between semesters
  Monday—Friday; 8:00 am—4:00 pm

Waller Computer Lab is for WKCTC students with limited assistance provided.    

• Located in Waller Hall, Room 101    
• Software: Microsoft Office; BIO 121 ESRI-Arc View course software; BIO 137 Interactive Physiology course software    
• Open when classes are in session during the Summer, Fall, and Spring semesters
  Monday—Thursday; 8:00 am—4:00 pm
