Payment Options

Pay online at: https://students.kctcs.edu
Log in and choose "Self Service", select "Campus Finances" and "Make a Payment". From this screen you will have the option to pay with check, credit card or NBS Payment (not available for summer semester). Depending on which option you choose, prompts will walk you through the process.

Pay by check: Check must include: Student’s name, ID # and/or last four digits of Social Security #. Make check payable to WKCTC and mail to: WKCTC, Business Office – ATB, P.O. Box 7380, Paducah, KY 42002-7380. Pay in person at the Business Office, located in the Anderson Building, Room 104.

Pay by credit card: MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted. Call: 270-534-3152, 270-534-3345 or 270-534-3160. Pay in person at the Business Office, located in the Anderson Building, Room 104.

Payment Plan:  A payment plan is offered through an outside agency, FACTS Management, in the spring and fall semesters. You can set up your payment plan online by following the online payment directions above. At the "Make a Payment" screen, select "Payment Plan (NBS)". You will be prompted for further information.
