Tuition and Fee Regulations

  • Students whose financial obligations to KCTCS, or any division or organization of KCTCS, have not been paid in full will not be permitted to register for future credit or non-credit offerings, receive transcripts, transfer credits to another institution, or graduate.
  • KCTCS will pursue collection of all outstanding accounts pursuant to its Business Procedures.
  • Accounts that remain delinquent may be referred to outside agencies for collection and are subject to additional fees and costs.

West Kentucky Community and Technical College makes every effort to include relevant, timely, and accurate information in its publications. However, WKCTC reserves the right to make changes in its calendar, admissions policies, expenses, programs, curricula, course descriptions or any other matters addressed or not addressed in this publication. Prospective students and enrolled students should check with the college's Offices of Admissions, Registrar, and/or Business Affairs to learn of any such changes.
