A La Carte Culinary Series Begins March 3
Have you ever wanted to cook a delicious Italian, French, or Asian dish? West Kentucky Community and Technical Colleges upcoming A La Carte Culinary Series offered through Workforce Solutions begins March 3 April 12. Chef Kaleb Pape of Southern Illinois will teach the art of combining techniques and tastes from all over the world to create unique dishes which are as appealing to the eye as they are to the palate.
A La Carte culinary classes include:
- March 3, Italian Cuisine - Panzanella, Risotto Milanese, and Trapani style snapper;
- March 15, French Cuisine Coquilles St. Jacques, Frenched Pork Chop, and Poached Pears;
- March 29, Italian Cuisine II Steamed Mussels, Carciofi Fritti, and Beef Braciole; April 12, Asian Fusion Pork Dumpling, Chicken Satay, and Pad Kra Pao.
Participants who register for all four courses will receive a 5% series discount.
No refunds will be given. Enrollment for classes is limited. Each class will last
from 6:00 pm -9:00 p.m. and requires six paid registered attendees for the class to
remain on the series schedule. All classes are held at WKCTC culinary department located
in Anderson Technical Building. Registration begins now.
