A pre-admission conference for the new automotive technology at West Kentucky Community and Technical College has been rescheduled for 5:00 pm February 15 at the Skilled Craft Training Center near Mayfield.

Starting in the fall, WKCTC will offer courses leading to an associate in applied science in automotive technology as well as diploma and certificate options. A selective admissions procedure will be in place for acceptance into the program. Mandatory attendance at a pre-admission conference is the first step in the admissions process.
Other conferences will be held:

  • March 28, 2011, from 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Skilled Craft Training Center, Hickory, KY

WKCTCs automotive technology program emphasizes theory operation and hands-on training in electrical/electronics, brakes, suspension, engine repair, fuel, emissions, engine performance, transmissions and climate control systems.
