Culinary A'LaCarte Series

Shrimp Remoulade and New Orleans chicken, Duck Confit eggrolls, and warm spinach and artichoke dip are just a few of the imaginative recipes in the upcoming Culinary A La Carte series offered through Workforce Solutions at West Kentucky Community and Technical College.

WKCTC Chef Patrick Fletcher will teach the art of creating delectable dishes in six culinary classes beginning September 14 and running through December 7. Each class will last three hours and requires six paid registered attendees in order for the class to remain on the series schedule. Other upcoming culinary classes include:

  • Low Country Cuisine, Tuesday, September 14
  • Couples Night Out, Saturday, October 9
  • Comfort Cooking, Tuesday, October 19;
  • An Evening of Italian, Thursday, November 11
  • Study on Seafood, Thursday, November 19
  • Holiday Hors d Oeuvres, Tuesday, December 7.

    All classes are held from 6:00-9:00 p.m. in the WKCTC culinary department located in the Anderson Technical Building. Enrollment for classes is limited and the deadline to register is the week prior to each class. Participants who register for the all six courses will receive a 5% series discount.
