Registration Begins Now for A la Carte Italian Series
Pizza, pasta, ITALIAN! This a la carte course is designed to cover many popular Italian recipes while learning new techniques. With this four-night session series beginning May 2 and ending May 23, you will work hand in hand with Domenick Amato to create pizza, pasta, and several other classic Italian dishes. The cost per session is $43.00 which includes all food items. Everyone, in teams, will cook several recipes and have the opportunity to eat what everyone cooks! Each class will be held in the Anderson Technical Building.
