Favorite StarStudent ID Cards

All students enrolled at West Kentucky Communityand Technical Collegeshould obtain a student identification card. Students may come to the Business Office locatedin Room 127of the Anderson Technical Building (ATB) on Mondays and Tuesdaysfrom 11:00 am--3:00 pm to obtain an ID. Students must be currently enrolled and have a picture ID before a WKCTC student ID card can be obtained.

To ensure the safety and security of all of our students, all currently enrolled WKCTC students are required to have a valid student ID cardOR other form of picture identification in their possession at all times while on campus. Campus Security and College Administrative personnel have direct authority to request a student to produce a student ID.Student ID's are the property of WKCTC. Students must turn in their student ID if they withdraw from classes. Lending an ID to anyone or failure to show a student ID to any College representative upon request is a violation of College regulations.

  • Name or number on student ID is incorrect
  • Issue date is over 2 years from current date
  • ID is stolen and student supplies a police report

Favorite StarWeather Policy

It is college policy to remain open and conduct classes according to the regular class schedule except under extreme weather conditions. In the event of extreme weather, classes may be delayed or canceled.

Favorite StarPrint Management Policy

Enrolled students are given a printing account of 400 free black/white type print pages at the beginning of each semester. Students may print in color at the Grisham Lab in Rosenthal Hall at a charge of 20 cents per page. Each color page is deducted from the students account at the rate of four black and white pages.

  • Always bring in your schedule whenit's time to purchase books. Instructors for internet class sections will use different texts; we want you to get the right book the first time.

  • Purchasing with financial aid? You must have a valid photo ID.

WKCTC Career Services is pleased to offer WKCTC students assistance in major and career exploration, job and internship searches, resume and cover letter education, and interviewing skills. Career Services is open from 8:00am-4:30pm Monday through Friday and is located in the Anderson Technical Building Room 113.

Four Rivers Behavioral Health is a private, not-for-profit agency providing comprehensive, integrated mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services to promote the health and quality of life for consumers in Ballard, Calloway, Carlisle, Fulton, Graves, Hickman, Livingston, Marshall, and McCracken counties. Any individual in need is eligible to receive services without regard to race, religion, disability, national origin, or gender.

Favorite StarReady to Work / Work and Learn

Ready To Work offers work opportunities both on and off campus through a work-study program. Participants gain work experience while earning extra income that will not reduce their K-TAP benefits. The placement of work-study students in their fields of study with both private and non-profit employers helps prepare them for the workplace and often leads to full-time employment.
