International Students

West Kentucky Community and Technical College (WKCTC) welcomes international students.  WKCTC is a member of the Kentucky Community and Technical College System and is a public, two-year, degree-granting institution located in Paducah, KY.  Our college is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award degrees in Associate of Arts (AA), Associate of Science (AS), or Associate in Applied Science (AAS).  WKCTC also offers many vocational and technical training programs.

WKCTC is a community-based college close to home with caring faculty and staff who will help you meet your education and career goals.  Studying at a community college offers easy, open admissions policies, affordable tuition, convenient classes, innovative programs, supportive learning environment with small classes, excellent library resources and services, and fully transferable credits to other colleges and universities.

All students commute to and from the campus and must provide their own mode of transportation. The college does not provide on-campus housing. In addition to the general admission requirements, every non-resident alien applicant must meet the overall requirements, standards, and guidelines of local and national immigration laws and regulations in order to be granted student visa status.  The Form I-20 is issued to perspective students to obtain the F-1 or M-1 student visa.

We invite you to become part of our college family.  WKCTC is the Place to be!
