Prospective vendors are invited to review the extensive information for vendors managed centrally by KCTCS, including formal invitations to bid with KCTCS.

Supplier Program

The overall objective of the Supplier Program is to work to ensure KCTCS offers equal opportunity to all suppliers in the marketplace reflecting our mission for the students and employees of our 16 colleges and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

KCTCS utilizes our Supplier Registration Portal to register suppliers for goods and services. There is no cost associated for suppliers to register or participate in identified opportunities. To be successful with KCTCS suppliers must provide impeccable quality and deliver as promised at competitive costs.

Suppliers wishing to do business with WKCTC are encouraged to pre-qualify by registering as a new vendor.
