Sector 4: Workforce Training and Job Readiness
Objective: To prepare unemployed and underemployed individuals for new or better employment through
workforce training and participation in business networking and education-focused
organizations, promoting lifelong learning, skills enhancement, and expanded business
relationships, with a focus on serving under-represented minority populations. Provide
intentional workforce training support and minimizing financial barriers for small
and diverse business owner's participation in the Regional Area chambers of Commerce.

Business Center; Sprocket; Divine Nine Minority Women’s Group; NAACP chapters; Hispanic
