Your gift is an investment in the future.

For many students, college would not be possible without WKCTC’s lower tuition, convenient campuses and expansive network of academic and social support. For others, WKCTC is the link to better jobs and important careers. For the community, WKCTC is essential to ensuring a highly qualified workforce and is significant driver in regional economic development.

Through the generous support of donors, WKCTC’s students have access to scholarships, programs, equipment and facilities that would not be possible otherwise.

The WKCTC Office of Advancement and Paducah Junior College, Inc. strive to secure private gifts benefiting students, programs, faculty, staff, and the community. Paducah Junior College (PJC) is a 501©(3) charitable foundation with the mission of raising and managing funds to support West Kentucky Community and Technical College.

Your investment can be applied to:

  • Scholarships
  • Academic Programs
  • Unmet Student Needs
  • Equipment, Building and Infrastructure Needs
  • Faculty and Staff Support
  • Unrestricted funds (applied to where the need is greatest)

Why Private Support?

While tuition dollars and state appropriations provide funding for basic operations, the types of academic opportunities that make West Kentucky Community and Technical College truly exceptional must come from private sources.

Private sector funds provide the critical margin of excellence for WKCTC to fulfill its mission to enhance the quality of life and employability of our community’s citizens.

Gifts to the Paducah Junior College Foundation and WKCTC are tax deductible.
