Weather Alert • February 18 – 21

Due to projected inclement weather, WKCTC will transition to remote operations starting Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 3 PM, through Friday, February 21, 2025.

Faculty and staff will be working remotely, and students are expected to engage in remote learning as outlined in their syllabi.

All WKCTC campus locations will be closed.

College Support

The college you are teaching for is committed to providing regular professional development opportunities to concurrent enrollment instructors.  At a minimum, you’ll attend a dual credit orientation that covers information specific to your discipline. You’ll also likely engage in professional development topics such as library services, admissions standards, assessments and student-led active learning projects. 

Your college will provide you with:

  • An instructor copy of the textbook for the course
  • A sample syllabus, including the course outline and dual credit policies
  • Your KCTCS username and employee ID 
  • Access to KCTCS email
  • Contact information for IT help
  • Student learning outcomes (tools and documentation process)
  • Assessments
  • Contact information for a discipline-specific faculty member at the college
