Physical Therapist assistant Careers
We know you have a lot of great choices for your future career. Becoming a Physical
Therapist Assistant/PTA could be just what you are looking for.
Take a look at what a day in the life of a PTA is like!
People who have been injured, people who are in pain, and people who can’t move around
well can receive Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist sees them first and lets
you know what problems to work on. As the PTA you come up with all the right exercises
and activities that will help this individual patient.
- Every patient has different needs, so your day is never the same.
- You work one on one with patients and follow them through their PT care.
It’s a physical job where you help people exercise and move.
- It’s a thinking and reasoning job too- you get to figure out exactly what your assigned patients need.
- Job satisfaction is high, salaries are good, benefits are good, and the employment outlook is good.
