March 1

• Summer and Fall Registration Begins

Currently enrolled students should make an appointment with their assigned academic advisor.  Please contact the Advising Center at (270) 534-3349 or wkctcadvising@kctcs.edu if you have questions about your assigned advisor.

*New students should contact the Admissions Office at (270) 534-3435 or wkctcenrollment@kctcs.edu.

• Application deadline for academic scholarships for Fall 2025.

July 1

• Fall tuition payment plans are available at http://mycollegepaymentplan.com/kctcs/ starting July 1.

July 15

• Financial Aid priority deadline.

August 1

• Last day to pay Fall 2025 tuition or make payment arrangements to avoid cancellation of Fall classes. After August 1, students registering must pay or set up a payment plan at time of registration.

August 8

• Last day to enroll at 0% down payment, 4 payments (August, September, October, November).
• Faculty and Staff In-service.

August 18

• Classwork begins for Fall 2025.

August 24

• **For 16-week classes:
  Last day to drop a course without a grade.
  Last day to withdraw and receive 100% tuition refund.

August 29

• Last day to enroll at 25% down payment, 3 payments (September, October, November).

September 1

• Last day to file an application in the Registrar’s Office for a December credential.

September 1

• Labor Day Holiday – (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).

September 15

• 12-week classes begin.
• ** For 16-week classes:
  Last day to withdraw and receive a 50% tuition refund.

October 1

• Spring Registration Begins

• Last day to enroll at 50% down payment, 2 payments (October, November).

October 8-10

• Fall Break (Academic Holiday – No classes).

October 13

• 8-week classes begin

October 15

• **For 16-week classes:
  Last day for students, at their discretion, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of “W”.
  Last day to change from credit to audit.

November 26

• Thanksgiving Holiday (Academic Holiday – No classes).

November 27–30

• Thanksgiving Holiday (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).

December 5

• **For 16-week classes:
  End of classwork and last day for a student, at the discretion of the instructor, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of "W”.

December 8-14

• Final exams for Fall 2025

December 15

• Fall commencement

December 22, 2025- January 4, 2026

• Institutional Closing (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).

*Students must have submitted an application previously and met minimum assessment score requirements.

**Refer to the Refund Policies for withdrawal and refund policies for sessions that meet for fewer than 16 weeks.
