- Summer and Fall Registration Begins

- Application deadline for academic scholarships for Fall 2024.
July 1
- Fall tuition payment plans are available at http://mycollegepaymentplan.com/kctcs/ starting July 1.
July 15
- Financial Aid priority deadline.
August 2
- Last day to pay Fall 2024 tuition or make payment arrangements to avoid cancellation of Fall classes. After August 2, students registering must pay or set up a payment plan at time of registration.
August 9
- Last day to enroll at 0% down payment, 4 payments (August, September, October, November).
- Faculty and Staff In-service.
August 19
- Classwork begins for Fall 2024.
August 25
- **For 16-week classes:
Last day to drop a course without a grade.
Last day to withdraw and receive 100% tuition refund.
August 30
- Last day to enroll at 25% down payment, 3 payments (September, October, November).
September 1
- Last day to file an application in the Registrar’s Office for a December credential.
September 2
- Labor Day Holiday – (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).
September 16
- 12-week classes begin.
- ** For 16-week classes:
Last day to withdraw and receive a 50% tuition refund.
October 1
- Spring Registration Begins

Last day for students, at their discretion, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of “W”.
Last day to change from credit to audit.

- 8-week classes begin
November 5
- Presidential Election (KCTCS Holiday - Campus closed).
November 27
- Thanksgiving Holiday (Academic Holiday – No classes).
November 28–December 1
- Thanksgiving Holiday (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).
December 6
- **For 16-week classes:
End of classwork and last day for a student, at the discretion of the instructor, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of "W”.
December 9–15
- Final exams for Fall 2024
December 16
- Fall commencement
December 23, 2024- January 5, 2025
- Institutional Closing (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).
*Students must have submitted an application previously and met minimum assessment score requirements.
