Congrats and Welcome WKCTC!
This orientation is here to help you ease into college life and get familiar with all of the amazing resources our campus has to offer. Orientation is mandatory for all new WKCTC students before the semester kicks off. Let’s get you started!
Fall 2025 New Student Orientation Events
Main Campus Orientations are held in the Clemons Fine Arts Center. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to session start time to check-in. We look forward to seeing you on campus!

- Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
- Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025 – 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m
- Monday, June 23rd, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
- Monday, June 23rd, 2025 – 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m
- Thursday, July 17th, 2025 – 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m
- Thursday, July 17th, 2025 – 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m
- Thursday, July 31st, 2025 – Time TBA – Paducah School of Art and Design
- Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 – 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m Skilled Craft Trainint Center, Hickory, KY
