Session m10 begins 5/13 – ends 6/30 (6-week Classes)
March 1
- Summer and Fall Registration Begins
Currently enrolled students should make an appointment with their assigned academic advisor. Please contact the Advising Center at (270) 534-3349 or wkctcadvising@kctcs.edu if you have questions about your assigned advisor.
*New students should contact the Admissions Office at (270) 534-3435 or wkctcenrollment@kctcs.edu.
- Summer tuition payment plans are available at http://mycollegepaymentplan.com/kctcs starting March 1.
April 15
- Financial aid priority deadline.
May 3
- Last day to enroll at 25% down payment, 3 payments (May, June, July).
May 13
- Summer 1 classwork begins.
May 14
- **Summer 1 (6-week classes):
Last day to drop a course without a grade.
Last day to withdraw and receive 100% tuition refund.
May 22
- ** Summer 1 (6-week classes):
Last day to withdraw and receive a 50% tuition refund.
May 24
- Last day to pay Summer 1 tuition or make payment arrangements to avoid cancellation
of Summer classes.
Last day to enroll at 50% down payment, 2 payments (June, July).
May 27
- Memorial Day Holiday (KCTCS Holiday – Campus closed).
June 2
- Summer 1 (6-week classes):
Last day for students, at their discretion, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of “W”.
Last day to change from credit to audit.
June 15
- Last day to file an application in the Registrar’s Office for an August credential.
June 19
- Juneteenth Holiday (KCTCS Holiday - Campus closed).
June 21
- Summer 1 (6-week classes):
End of classwork and last day for a student, at the discretion of the instructor, to officially withdraw from a class and receive a grade of “W”.
June 24-25
- Final exams for 6-week classes. (Please refer to course syllabi.)
*Students must have submitted an application previously and met minimum assessment score requirements.
