Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in college programs and activities. Sexual harassment, including sexual violence, and retaliation are forms of discrimination prohibited by Title IX.

Our comprehensive-team approach provides intervention and restorative services to all-age survivors of child abuse and sexual violence including family and legal advocacy, forensic & therapy services. 

Our mission is supporting survivors, strengthening families, and empowering communities to end child abuse and sexual violence. Lotus has brought hope to survivors for more than 30 years, at no charge.
