This affidavit is a declaration of the signer that he or she is providing free room and board including rent, food, and utilities to the named applicant for the duration of the applicants program of study at West Kentucky Community & Technical College. The signer is responsible for providing free room and board until the named applicant provides an affidavit from a new sponsor. The support promised in this affidavit is equal to $9600 of expenses.
