Weather Alert • February 18 – 21

Due to projected inclement weather, WKCTC will transition to remote operations starting Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at 3 PM, through Friday, February 21, 2025.

Faculty and staff will be working remotely, and students are expected to engage in remote learning as outlined in their syllabi.

All WKCTC campus locations will be closed.

Transcripts

Official transcripts -- from previous schools including high school and university. Include English translation if necessary. Students who attended a college or university outside of the U.S. must submit an official course-by-course evaluation of their transcript from one of the following international transcript evaluation services:

Proof of English proficiency (if English is not your primary language spoken in your home) -- Proof may be any of the following:

TOEFL- (Test of English as a Foreign Language): The minimum score for admission is 61 on the iBT, 500 on the PBT. Test scores must be sent directly to West Kentucky Community and Technical College by the testing service.  WKCTC's school code for the TOEFL is 8705. English Language Program - Successful completion of the advanced level of the University of Louisville Intensive English Language Program; successful completion of the fifth level of the University of Kentucky English as a Second Language Program; or successful completion of any accredited U.S. University English as a Second Language Program.

College English 101 and 102-Completion of College English 101 and 102 or its equivalent with a minimum grade of B in each course from an accredited American institution.
