Documents to be submitted to WKCTC in order to receive a Form I-20 for an F-1 student visa:
- Application for Admission -Online Application
- Application for I-20 Form
- Official transcripts
- Proof of English proficiency

Proof of Financial Support
- Transfer Eligibility Form (transfer students only)
Be sure to attach all additional documentation, and make sure that all forms have been properly signed. Incomplete documentation will not be accepted.
