Online payment may be made by credit card or personal check through PeopleSoft Student Self-Service by visiting the KCTCS website at https://students.kctcs.edu. Log in and choose “Self Service”, select “Account Balance”, and “Make a Payment”. From this screen, you will have the option to pay with credit card, electronic check, set-up official payment plan.
The official tuition payment plan is available for a nonrefundable charge of $25 each semester. Students may pay tuition in up to four installments depending on how early the plan is approved. Payments are automatically withdrawn from the responsible party’s checking account, savings account or credit card. Payment may be made in person at the Business Office, located in the Anderson Technical Building, Room 127, by cash, check, money order or credit card. MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express are accepted. Credit card payment may also be made by telephone at 270-534-3345. Personal checks returned by a bank will result in tuition liability and a service charge of $50 on each check.
