Application for Credential - AA and/or AS only

ATTENTION - Are you applying for an AAS (Associate in Applied Science) degree in a program such as Nursing/Health Science Technology/Business/Culinary Arts/etc.?  The process to apply for an AAS degree or diploma is to contact your academic advisor to complete a graduation application, that includes a completed academic plan, and that is to be turned into the Records Office.  Please do not complete this graduation application for an AAS, AFA, diploma, or certificate.
