Important Information

The registration deadline is seven (7) business days prior to each class start date. Register early so your class is not cancelled due to lack of enrollment. Call to check the status of your class and where your class will meet.

Community Education reserves the right to limit enrollment or cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. For this reason, please register early to reserve your place in the class of your choice. Every effort will be made to notify registrants that a class has been filled or canceled. Registrants may choose alternate courses or receive full refund.

Space in a class is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis when a paid registration is received. Absolutely no saved spaces will be accepted. In order to reduce paper waste, no registration confirmations will be mailed.

A minimum number of registered students is required in order for a class to make.

Cancellations can be made up to five business days in advance of the class starting date.

If your cancellation jeopardizes the minimum number needed to hold the class, no refund will be issued.

Refunds generally take about four weeks to process.  Failure to attend class does not constitute cancellation.  The College reserves the right to cancel any class.

Take advantage of West Kentucky Community and Technical College’s academic online courses to help improve skills in your current work setting and earn credits toward certificates and degrees to increase your opportunities for higher paying positions.
