West Kentucky Community and Technical College complies with federal and state laws regarding higher education safety and security. Our college maintains security logs related to campus crime and statistics for the Commonwealth of Kentucky as determined by the Michael Minger Act and the Jeanne Clery Act and in accordance with the Higher Education Safety and Security laws currently in effect.
